Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 12 lbs onions, thinly sliced
- 34 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 cup dry sherry
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients except sherry in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 5-6 hours, adding sherry during last 15 minutes.
