Ingredients
- 2 c. prepared baking mix (Bisquick)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Mix ingredients until dough forms (may appear dry).
- Turn dough out onto a bread board dusted with baking mix and gently roll the dough in baking mix to coat.
- Knead dough 10 times.
- Roll 1/2-inch thick.
- Cut with 2-inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Makes 12 biscuits.
