Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread, toasted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 large stick celery, chopped
  • cooked giblets, reserve broth
  • salt to taste

Method

  • Cook
  • giblets, backs and necks in unsalted water.
  • Cut up giblets,
  • reserving
  • broth,
  • cooked in.
  • Combine all other ingredients and add giblets.
  • Add enough broth to make mixture soupy.
  • Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour or until done.
