Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread, toasted
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 large stick celery, chopped
- cooked giblets, reserve broth
- salt to taste
Method
- Cook
- giblets, backs and necks in unsalted water.
- Cut up giblets,
- reserving
- broth,
- cooked in.
- Combine all other ingredients and add giblets.
- Add enough broth to make mixture soupy.
- Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour or until done.
