Ingredients
- 1 bottle Russian salad dressing
- 1 jar apricot preserves
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- thawed boneless skinless chicken breasts
Method
- Arrange chicken in a well greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle on onion soup mix evenly.
- Top each breast with apricot preserves. Uniformly pour Russian dressing over all.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
