Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water; add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well after each addition.
- Spoon into muffin tins sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400° until brown, about 15 minutes.
- Refrigerate unused portion.
- It will keep about 1 week.
