Ingredients
- 1 cup no-sugar-added nonfat vanilla yogurt (8 oz.)
- 14 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- apple, cored and sliced (optional)
- pear, cored and sliced (optional)
- vanilla wafer (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serve as dip with apple or pear slices or vanilla wafers.
