Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (3/4 lb./340 g)
  • 4 chicken drumsticks (3/4 lb./340 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Sweet & Sticky Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp. finely minced gingerroot
  • 2-2/3 cups hot cooked white and wild rice mix

Method

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Place chicken on parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix garlic, barbecue sauce, Sriracha and ginger in small bowl.
  • Brush chicken with sauce mixture and return to oven.
  • Bake an additional 20 min.
  • or until done (165 degrees F).
  • Serve with rice.
