Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 4 c. peanuts
- 1 tsp. soda
Method
- Blend sugar, corn syrup, water and butter.
- Cook to 230° on candy thermometer.
- Add peanuts and cook to 280°.
- Stir occasionally and continue cooking to 305°.
- Remove from heat and add soda.
- Stir quickly until hard and break into pieces.
