Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, minced fine
- 4 to 5 hard-cooked eggs (1 reserved for decorating top)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 small jar olives, sliced
Method
- In medium size bowl, mix all the ingredients together with the macaroni and chopped eggs.
- A small amount of olive juice may be mixed with the cream cheese for flavor.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
