Ingredients
- cucumber (1/3rd)
- raw baby spinach leaves (handful)
- chopped mango (1/2 the fruit)
- gooseberries (8-10)
- apple juice and water (mixed and enough to cover all ingredients)
- chia seeds (2 tbsp)
Method
- Pop all the ingredients into the blender
- Cover with apple juice/water/mix of both
- BLEND!
- Pour out into your fav smoothie cup and top with extra gooseberries and chia seeds for a bit of crunch
