- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, minced
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 1/2 bottles chili sauce
- 1 (9 oz.) jar grape jelly
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Combine first 10 ingredients and form balls.
- Put balls into 10 x 15-inch pan.
- Prepare sauce, using chili sauce, jelly, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water.
- Pour sauce over balls and bake 1 hour at 325°.
- Serve in a chafing dish.
