Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 10 oz. jar grape jelly
- juice from 1 or 2 lemons
Method
- Blend ground chuck, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
- Shape into balls, roll in flour and brown in skillet. Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in
- saucepan.
- Bring to
- a boil. Add browned meat balls; simmer for 1 hour, without stirring.
