Ingredients

  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Salted Pretzel Twists, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Salted Peanuts, Roughly Chopped
  • 7 whole Sheets Of Graham Crackers (4 Little Crackers Per Sheet)

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the sugar as it melts. Heat just until the butter is completely melted and the sugar is combined with it. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and let it sit just until slightly cooled, and comfortable to touch.
  • Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and stir to combine. Then add the flour, pretzels and peanuts and mix just until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and place a layer of graham crackers on the parchment paper covering the bottom of the dish. Pour the butter mixture over it and spread it out just to cover the graham crackers. Bake for 15 minutes or until the bars are set and the tops are crackly and golden. Enjoy!
