Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1/4 c. chopped pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped pimento
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine corn and eggs.
- Stir in milk, cream and butter.
- Add green pepper.
- Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Set in pan of hot water.
- Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour until inserted knife comes out clean.
