Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 slices bread, torn apart
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 6 c. cooked rice (may want less)
Method
- Roll meat mixture into large balls. Brown on all sides (about 20 to 30 minutes). Add soup, milk and cooked rice. Cook about 1/2 hour more.
