Ingredients

  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
  • 1/3 stick butter

Method

  • Cook and drain onion and broccoli (adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt to cooking water). Place broccoli mixture in large mixing bowl and add cheese, soup and mayonnaise. Spread into 9 x 13 baking dish that has been greased. Sprinkle dressing mix on top of broccoli and dot all over with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
