- 1 stick margarine
- 1 handful flour
- 1 jar dried chipped beef
- milk
Method
- Melt margarine in cast-iron skillet.
- Break chipped beef into small pieces, add to margarine.
- Add flour and mix.
- Add enough milk to fill pan.
- Cook slowly, stirring often.
- Serve over crumbled day old bread.
- Great on a cold winter's morning!
