Ingredients
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise (lite is good)
- 1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All
- 1 small can water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 16 Ritz crackers (or similar type), crushed
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cracker crumbs.
- Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes at 325°.
- Top with cracker crumbs and bake 15 more minutes.
- Serves 8.
