Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Method
- Mix flours, salt, baking powder and sugar in large bowl.
- Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla; mix well.
- Add oats, nuts and raisins if desired.
- Stir in well.
- Fill greased muffin pans half full. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
