Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, flour and margarine until well combined and fold in coconut.
- Pour into 2 greased (9-inch) pie pans. Bake in oven (not preheated) at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Crust forms as pie bakes.
