Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3/4 stick butter
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- raisins
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Mix the flour with the milk.
- Add a pinch of salt and 4 eggs yolks (reserve the whites).
- Melt the butter in a skillet and add to the flour-milk mixture.
- Mix well. Pour the mixture into the skillet.
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
- Fold this into the batter.
- Sprinkle raisins on top.
- Put skillet in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
- Cut into pie-shaped pieces and serve with a fruit compote.
