- 12 oz. bag No Yolk noodles
- 12 oz. can 25% less sodium Spam
- 10 3/4 oz. can broccoli cheese soup
- 20 oz. bag frozen Broccoli Fiesta (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 c. milk (use empty soup can)
Method
- Cook noodles in 3 quarts boiling water until tender.
- (Add 1 teaspoon onion salt and 1 teaspoon oil to water.)
- While noodles are cooking:
- Mix together 1 teaspoon onion salt, celery flakes, parsley flakes and soup with half of the milk.
