Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bag No Yolk noodles
  • 12 oz. can 25% less sodium Spam
  • 10 3/4 oz. can broccoli cheese soup
  • 20 oz. bag frozen Broccoli Fiesta (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. milk (use empty soup can)

Method

  • Cook noodles in 3 quarts boiling water until tender.
  • (Add 1 teaspoon onion salt and 1 teaspoon oil to water.)
  • While noodles are cooking:
  • Mix together 1 teaspoon onion salt, celery flakes, parsley flakes and soup with half of the milk.
