Ingredients
- 4 or 5 lb. roast
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Method
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic salt over beef; put in a bag or tinfoil.
- Mix the remaining ingredients together for sauce and sprinkle over roast.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
