Ingredients
- 4 to 6 lean pork chops
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. Pet milk
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. hot shortening
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare and brown pork chops on both sides.
- Drain.
- Mix soup, milk and water; pour over chops.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove chops and stir gravy well.
