Ingredients
- Medium Head Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1 Medium Onion (Thinly Sliced)
- 7/8 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Vinegar
- 3/4 c. Salad Oil
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp. Celery Seed
Method
- 1. Place shredded cabbage in bowl in layers alternating with sliced onion rings.
- 2. Top with sugar. Bring rest of ingredients to boil in
- sauce pan. Pour this over the cabbage while still hot.
- Cover and refridgerate 4-6 hours.
- 3. Mix and serve. Keep stored in refridgerator.
