- 1 box frozen chopped chicken or 1 lb. chicken, chopped and cooked
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 pkg. stir-fry seasoning
- soy sauce to taste
- 3 c. cooked white rice
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil (any variety) in large frying pan.
- Add onion and cook until clear.
- Add chicken and cook until thawed.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Add bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
- Mix stir-fry seasoning according to package directions and pour over stir-fry.
- Add soy sauce to taste.
- Be careful not to cook too long, bean sprouts will become soggy.
- Serve immediately over hot cooked rice.
