Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • a palm-full of chopped chives
  • 2/3 cup chedder or pepper jack cheese
  • Optional:
  • more cheese, such a parm.

Method

  • 1.) heat a non-stick frying pan on medium-low heat.
  • 2.) mix together chives and eggs in a cup with a fork
  • 3.) pour egg mixture into frying pan, stir with a wooden spoon.
  • 4.) when eggs take form, add cheese 1/3 cup cheese and wait for it to melt, then mix and add the remainder. cook until the way that you would normally have your eggs, anywhere from slightly wet to burnt black for all that I care. Caio!
