Ingredients
- 5 c. flour
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. lard
- 2 egg yolks
- water
Method
- Mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Cut in lard.
- Place egg yolks in cup.
- Fill with water to 3/4 full.
- Add slowly to flour mixture.
- Stir with a fork. Roll out as usual. This freezes well after rolling and put in pan.
- Makes 3 (9-inch) crust shells.
