Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French baguette
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 large basil leaves, chopped fine
  • 8 green pitted olives (optional)

Method

  • Slice bread into 16 slices.
  • Brush each slice with a mixture of oil and Parmesan cheese.
  • Slice sun-dried tomatoes and place on top.
  • Add Mozzarella cheese, basil and green olives.
  • Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes in 375° oven.
