- 6 c. chopped zucchini
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- dry mustard to taste
- 1 pkg. Stove Top chicken dressing
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Cook zucchini and onion for 5 minutes in small amount of water (1/4 to 1/2 cup).
- Add to the next 6 ingredients.
- Melt stick of oleo; put half in mixture and half on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
