Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and cleaned
- 1 lb. large sea scallops
- 1 large onion, cut into medium pieces
Method
- Combine dressing, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
- Place shrimp, scallops and onion in a large container.
- Cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight.
- Thread shrimp, scallops and onion onto skewers.
- Cover grill with foil punched with holes.
- Place over coals.
- Place skewers on foil. Cook with cover on grill until shrimp and scallops are cooked thoroughly (25 minutes).
- Turn occasionally, brushing with marinade.
