Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and cleaned
  • 1 lb. large sea scallops
  • 1 large onion, cut into medium pieces

Method

  • Combine dressing, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
  • Place shrimp, scallops and onion in a large container.
  • Cover with marinade and refrigerate overnight.
  • Thread shrimp, scallops and onion onto skewers.
  • Cover grill with foil punched with holes.
  • Place over coals.
  • Place skewers on foil. Cook with cover on grill until shrimp and scallops are cooked thoroughly (25 minutes).
  • Turn occasionally, brushing with marinade.
