Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 apples, peeled and cut in slices
- vanilla frozen yogurt (if desired)
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Add brown sugar and nutmeg.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add apples; cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until apples are tender.
- Spoon into bowls and toppings if desired.
