Ingredients
- chopped onion (as desired)
- green pepper (as desired)
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 c. diced squash
- 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
Method
- Mix together in large skillet.
- Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender.
- Serves 4.
