- 1 box (8 oz.) spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
- 2 c. cubed cooked turkey
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimientos, drained (optional)
- additional shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Method
- Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions, drain.
- Transfer to a large bowl;
- then add the next ten ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 cake pan.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.
- Bake uncovered at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
