Ingredients

  • 1 box (8 oz.) spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
  • 2 c. cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimientos, drained (optional)
  • additional shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Method

  • Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions, drain.
  • Transfer to a large bowl;
  • then add the next ten ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased 13 x 9 cake pan.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese if desired.
  • Bake uncovered at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
