Ingredients
- 3 medium squash
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small can diced Ortega green chiles
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Method
- Saute squash in butter; add onion.
- Mix chiles and soup with squash and onion.
- Put in casserole dish and top with cheese crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
