Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (11 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans or pinto beans
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown meat and onion in a small amount of fat.
- Add tomato soup and beans (I like to mash half of the beans with a potato masher), chili powder, salt, vinegar and enough water for the desired consistency.
- Cook about 20 minutes on medium heat.
