Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1 (20 oz.) can undrained pineapple chunks
- 1 apple, cubed (unpeeled)
- 2 peaches, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 c. strawberries, halved
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed (undiluted)
Method
- Place fruit in layers in large bowl in order as
- given.
- Spoon orange juice concentrate on top.
- Cover and chill for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serves 8.
