Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries
- 1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 2 c. ice cubes
Method
- Dissolve
- gelatin
- in
- boiling water.
- Put in ice cubes and stir
- with
- wire whip until it begins to thicken.
- Remove unmelted ice.
- Stir in fruit.
- Fold in whipped cream and stir gently. Place
- in
- refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator
- and
- pour
- into
- pie
- crust.
- May top with additional
- whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries. Very light dessert!
