Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) whipped cream
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 2/3 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. ice cubes

Method

  • Dissolve
  • gelatin
  • in
  • boiling water.
  • Put in ice cubes and stir
  • with
  • wire whip until it begins to thicken.
  • Remove unmelted ice.
  • Stir in fruit.
  • Fold in whipped cream and stir gently. Place
  • in
  • refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove from refrigerator
  • and
  • pour
  • into
  • pie
  • crust.
  • May top with additional
  • whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries. Very light dessert!
