- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated, or mexican blend
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Method
- Combine all except corn flake crumbs and 1/4 c butter. Place in large greased casserole. Mix last two and top hash brown mixture. Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 hours.
