Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small sugar-free strawberry jello
  • 6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
  • 2 c. chopped strawberries

Method

  • Mix well in cold water the cornstarch.
  • Then heat to boiling point; then lower to medium heat, stirring all the while for about 4 to 5 minutes, until thick.
  • Add jello and Sweet 'N Low.
  • Let congeal in refrigerator about 1 hour; then add chopped strawberries and pour into graham cracker crust.
  • Top with lite Cool Whip before serving.
  • May sprinkle with nuts.
  • Very good.
