Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 small sugar-free strawberry jello
- 6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
- 2 c. chopped strawberries
Method
- Mix well in cold water the cornstarch.
- Then heat to boiling point; then lower to medium heat, stirring all the while for about 4 to 5 minutes, until thick.
- Add jello and Sweet 'N Low.
- Let congeal in refrigerator about 1 hour; then add chopped strawberries and pour into graham cracker crust.
- Top with lite Cool Whip before serving.
- May sprinkle with nuts.
- Very good.
