Ingredients
- 4 skinned chicken breasts
- 1 stick oleo
- milk or water
- flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- milk
Method
- Take 4 skinned chicken breasts, dip in milk and roll in flour. Melt the oleo in a large dish.
- Place breasts, bone side up, in oleo.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400° until browned.
- Pour over chicken the soup that has been mixed well with 1 can of milk or water.
- Bake 30 minutes longer.
