- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper
Method
- Beat your deer meat, then mix flour, Greek seasoning, garlic salt, pepper and salt.
- Shake deer meat in the mixture.
- Have grease real hot.
- Cook until brown like you want.
- Drain on paper towel.
