Ingredients
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. cold low-fat milk
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. lite Cool Whip
Method
- Mix pudding, milk, pumpkin and spices in large bowl with electric mixer.
- Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
- Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell or a graham cracker pie shell.
- Chill; garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
