Ingredients

  • 3 cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister
  • 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 inch thick

Method

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  • Cut pocket in each chop by carefully making horizontal cut in thickest side of chop, being careful not to cut all the way through to opposite side of chop.
  • Fill pockets with stuffing.
  • Press cut sides of each pocket together to seal.
  • Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Reserve remaining stuffing for later use.
  • Bake 30 min.
  • ; top with reserved stuffing.
  • Bake 30 min.
  • or until chops are done (145F).
  • Remove from oven.
  • Let stand 3 min.
