Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken sliced thin or chunks
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cumin
- chili powder to taste
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 small can green chiles (optional)
Method
- Saute chicken and onion about 5 minutes.
- Add seasonings, green chiles and chicken broth.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Add white beans.
- Serve with chopped green onion and sour cream.
