Ingredients
- 8 to 10 c. torn spinach (10 oz.)
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. red onion rings
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 1/2 oz. toasted slivered almonds
Method
- Toast almonds in shallow pan at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
