Ingredients
- 6 medium green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 to 2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cut off top of peppers and remove seeds.
- Cook peppers for 5 minutes and drain.
