Ingredients
- 1 lb. Fresh Shrimp
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or Salad Oil
- 1/2 c. Chopped Onions
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
- 6 Med. Ripe Tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Bay Leaves
Method
- Cook onions, garlic, green pepper in butter until soft.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaves.
- Cook 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Serve with rice.
