Ingredients
- 24 bunch okra
- 1/2 cup dice ham or any cooked meat
- 3 tbsp each of dice onion and shallot
- 1 tbsp oil
- 180 grams otak otak
- 3 tbsp dice onion and shallot
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 small bird eye chili
- 1 can tuna or sardine chunk in olive oil
- 2 small bird eye chili
- 3 tbsp dice garlic and shallot
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Method
- Bring a pot of water to a boil then add salt and okra simmer for 3 to 4 minutes then drain and set aside
- cut a slit in the middle of the okra but don't cut all the way thru and then stuff 1tsp of filling
- FOR FILLING OPTION 1..... With oil in pan sautee ham or cooked sausage or dice spam with onion till onion is soft about 4 minutes add water if its too dry
- FOR FILLING OPTION2........SautAS with oil garlic and onion with cooked mashed up otak otak and bird eye chili then add light soy sauce for 2 minutes
