Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1 small can tiny green peas, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients and chill several hours or overnight.
